Very quiet, pretty pitch with no caravans opposite. Good neighbours. The site is very quiet with children's play park. There is a club on site which is closed at the moment but may re-open. Season is from beginning of March until end October/beginning November. Site fees are £1450 per year and can be paid monthly (buyer to pay next year's fees hence the drop in price). No age limit on caravans. Lovely area with Eyemouth and Berwick upon Tweed within short driving distances. Genuine interest only please.
